Unforgettable Offsite Convention Event
at the Art Museum
Museum Sage is a transformative experience that reveals fresh insights into a life or business question through a guided interaction with a work of art. This cultural adventure is designed to foster connection and creativity.
Your group of up to 20* meets at the Minneapolis Institute of Art in a private room for an introduction to the process. Teams of four are led to a gallery by their Guide (trained leadership and executive coaches).
Each team member connects to an artwork, discusses their question, hears from others in their group, and commits to an action step based on insights they gained. The event concludes with an opportunity to share and celebrate with drinks and appetizers.
WHAT TO EXPECT
INTERACTIVE EXPERIENCE – Engage with art in a deeper way through thought-provoking prompts from a Guide and observations from the small group.
RELAXATION & REFLECTION – Art has the power to inspire, heal, and challenge our perceptions. Participants can gain new insights about themselves, feel more bonded to those they’re with, and get fresh inspiration for both personal and professional journeys.
DRINKS & NETWORKING RECEPTION – Your group can unwind and connect with colleagues in a vibrant setting surrounded by artistic masterpieces.

Some sample questions: How can I be happier in my job? What’s my role in our team working better together? What color should my next car be?
After each participant (Sage) chooses a life or business question, they pick a random number on a map to select an artwork.
CHOOSE A PIECE
The Sage walks mindfully through the museum with their group of four, led by the Guide. When they reach their artwork, the Sage answers questions to open up insights into their life or business question. The Sage commits to a small action step that will move them forward. Each group member then gets their turn.
GATHER TO DEBRIEF, CONNECT, AND ENJOY
Enjoy a facilitated debrief and thoughtfully curated food and beverages. Participants can connect and network in an atmosphere blending culture, connectivity, and culinary delight into one inspiring experience.
