Museum Sage has a unique opportunity. A private donor has generously offered us a matching gift. Her wish is that we expand our donor base so that for every dollar we raise, she'll match it.

One of our goals is to use this money to expand Museum Sage beyond Minneapolis to our hub cities — Boston and San Francisco. We've already offered events and made connections with museums and communities in those two amazing cities, but we want to develop a Guide community that can deliver sessions to the public.

Another one of our goals is to develop a self-guided smartphone app to be used by museums so they can offer Museum Sage to a large numbers of visitors. We'll include a social media component that can connect players all over the world. Posting stories and images is a great way to share insights we can all learn from and be inspired by.

"My personal question was, 'How do I slow down?'  When I first opened my eyes and looked at these sculptures, I took a deep breath and slowed down. Here are two people receiving warmth and strength from animals. I recently got a rescue cat named Bridget. When I’m with her, I’m calm. I can use my relationship with her to carve out moments to ground and connect during busy times."
